YOU HAVE QUESTIONS...

I have answers!

Why does my milk have solids after I placed it in the fridge, is it expired?

Carabao's milk is creamier and contains more fat, milk solids usually form if milk was frozen then thawed or kept stagnant in the fridge for a period of time. This does not lower the quality of the milk. You simply have to vigorously shake the milk bottle to let the milk solids mix back into the liquid.

I just bought my milk this morning, why is it already spoiled?

DVF Dairy Farm's Carabao's Milk is very very very fresh, and if it's under the sun or sitting in room temperature for more than 2 hours, there is a huge chance that it will spoil. So we do advice to always get your DAIRY products LAST on your grocery shopping rounds.

If you bought your product in the supermarket, it is possible that their chiller is not up to our desired standards or it is also possible that someone might have already picked the item up and returned it. In this case, we do advise you to contact us immediately with the supermarket concerned so that we may address the issue as soon as possible. You may also contact us at bawi@dvfdairyfarm.com so we could open an investigative case.

Do you conduct carabao care training and plant visits?

Yes! Training at the farm are done in groups under the supervision of the Philippine Carabao Center in Munoz, Nueva Ecija. As for the plant, feel free to visit! It's open all day for those who want to buy DVF Dairy Products, we are located at 151 Poblacion Sur, Maharlika Highway at Talavera, Nueva Ecija.

Can I be a dealer and resell your products in my area/store?

Yes! We'd love for you to be part of sharing the Healthy Tradition to your area. For this, we have to get the details of your location and logistics. Please contact us at our Manila office about this inquiry or email us at bawi@dvfdairyfarm.com
